1. Make letter patterns using computer

1. Measure and cut escarpments on top of purple
2. Hem escarpments
3. Machine sew top edge casing
4. Cut bottom V
5. Machine sew bottom hem
6. Sew by hand gold trim and tassels onto purple

1. Press backing for letters

1. Pin and cut out letters saving the background as you go
2. Press letters on banner

1. Cut flags
2. Sew edges and casings on flags
3. Press letters on flags
4. Hand stitch flags onto purple

1. Wrap hoop with gold ribbon
